Every Harbor Ink Co. shirt is made to order, printed just for you. Because of this, all sales are final.
Made-to-Order & Final Sale

All shirts are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This includes sizing issues, fit preferences, color choices, or changes of mind after purchase.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.
Once an order is placed, it goes straight into production and cannot be canceled or modified.
Print Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If there is a legitimate issue with the inked image or print quality such as misprints, defects, or production errors, we will make it right.
If you believe your item has a print defect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

If requested, return the item for inspection
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

If a print defect is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

If no defect is found, the item will be returned to the customer.
What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement:

Incorrect size selection

Normal variations in print placement

Minor color differences due to screen or lighting

Wear or damage caused by washing, use, or improper care
International Orders
All international orders are final sale. Print defect inspections follow the same policy outlined above.
